Warranty Policy

Effective: November 1, 2025

Our pledge

For 12 months from the date of purchase, products purchased from premiersouthshop are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship when used as intended by the original buyer.

Who can use this warranty

Coverage applies to the original purchaser who bought directly from premiersouthshop or an authorized seller. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

How we make it right (we choose the remedy)

After we verify a covered defect, we will do one of the following:

• provide replacement parts with step-by-step instructions,

• repair the product, or

• replace it with a new or refurbished item of equal or better performance.
  We may request the product be returned for evaluation before a remedy is approved.

What’s outside the warranty

Normal wear items (e.g., tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, bulbs, and batteries beyond typical lifecycle), cosmetic blemishes, damage caused by misuse/abuse/neglect, incorrect assembly or maintenance, accidents or environmental exposure (water, heat, chemicals, corrosion, dust), unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs, altered/removed serial numbers, purchases from unauthorized or second-hand sellers, and issues occurring after the carrier marks a shipment delivered (those are carrier claims).

Shipping costs during a claim

• Within 30 days of delivery: if a covered defect is confirmed, we typically cover reasonable shipping related to the remedy we select.

• After 30 days: you may pay to ship the product/parts to us; approved warranty repairs/replacements are returned to you at our cost.

Start a warranty review

Email info@premiersouthshop.com or call (775) 200-4975 with:

• order number & purchase date,

• product name/SKU, and

• a brief description plus clear photos or a short video of the issue.
  Wait for our instructions and an RMA (if required). Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Legal notes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim other warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price you paid. Some states limit these disclaimers; those limits may not apply to you. This warranty confers specific legal rights which may vary by state.

Governing law & venue: Florida law; exclusive venue in Bay County, Florida.
