Return & Refund Policy

Effective: November 1, 2025

Quick summary

  • Return window: 30 days from your order date

  • Item condition: like-new when reasonably possible; include all accessories, manuals, and included parts

  • Restocking fee: none

  • Return shipping: customer-paid unless we made an error or a defect is confirmed

How to begin

Email info@premiersouthshop.com with your Order #, the item(s) you want to return, and a short reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, an RMA and the correct return address. Please don’t send items without authorization.

Packaging checklist

Reuse original packaging when feasible, include any tools/chargers/freebies, and place your order number inside the box to speed processing.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model or size? Request an exchange within the return window (subject to availability). We’ll guide you to the fastest path.

Refund timeline

After your return arrives, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.

Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). Orders that have shipped must be returned under this policy.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries

Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of packaging/product (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; formal disputes can slow resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
